Rooted in love and open to endless possibilities, I support my clients to tap into their inner wisdom and stretch toward their highest dreams.
Growing up in the beauty of Northern California, nature has always been my source of inspiration. When I stand beneath the boughs of a giant bay tree, I feel strong, nourished and grounded. Coaching connects me to my spirit and the earth in the same way as my beloved trees.
A few years ago, I felt anything but grounded. I knew I was on the wrong path, but felt powerless to change it. Working with a coach, I expanded my awareness of the choices I had and discovered the courage to choose a new path and live it. I became a certified professional coach in 2013 through Leadership That Works.
One of my interests in coaching is helping people redefine success for themselves. Too often we let fear of “falling short” shrink our dreams like air leaving a balloon. Coaching can help us transform limiting beliefs and set us free to choose what brings us joy, sparks creativity and expands our contribution.
In addition to coaching, I am a consultant focusing on family engagement and leadership, a parent of 5 (three young adults and two pitbull rescues) and founder of Bay Area Parent Leadership Action Network, which I led for 12 years.
